Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Tadka subscriptions and credit purchases.
1. Billing
Tadka studio plans are monthly subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who appears on your statement, bills each renewal, and issues any refunds on our behalf. One-time credit top-ups are separate purchases that do not renew.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep access to your plan and its credits until the end of the current billing month. If your plan lapses, unused credits are paused and held for 90 days. Renew within that window and they come back; after 90 days they expire.
3. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a charge, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, generating a large share of a month's creatives and then requesting a refund) or fraud.
4. Used credits
Because each charge delivers its creative credits immediately, refunds may be reduced or declined once a substantial portion of those credits has been used. We may make exceptions at our discretion, such as an accidental or duplicate purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@tadkai.io with the email on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by the Merchant of Record.
6. Auto-renewal
Plans renew automatically each month. To stop future charges, cancel from your account before your next billing date; after cancelling you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the current month ends. Credit top-ups never renew.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
