How do credits work? +

Credits are what you spend on generations. A single image costs 1 credit; richer outputs cost more (a multi-tile template or a video uses several credits), and the price is shown before you run anything. Every plan comes with a monthly pool of credits (Starter 60, Growth 200, Scale 400) to spend across any audience, format and style.

Is my subscription automatically renewed? +

Yes. Plans are monthly and renew automatically, refilling your credit allowance each cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the current month ends.

How many creatives can I generate? +

It depends on what you make: a plain image is 1 credit, while videos and multi-tile templates cost more. As a guide, Starter's 60, Growth's 200, Scale's 400 credits each cover that many single images a month. Need more before the cycle resets? Top up anytime.

What happens when a run fails? +

The credits come back automatically. You only pay for creatives that were delivered.

Can I change my plan after purchase? +

Yes. Upgrade anytime and the new tier's features and monthly allowance apply right away. Your existing credits carry over, so upgrading only ever adds.

Do my credits expire? +

Credits are tied to your plan. While your subscription is active they are yours to spend. If your plan lapses, unused credits are paused and held for 90 days; renew within that window and they are back, after 90 days they expire.

Do you have a plan for agencies? +

Agencies: workspaces and a Pro tier are coming. Email hello@tadkai.io for early access. Today an agency can run Scale plus credit top-ups.

How does checkout and billing work? +

Checkout is handled securely by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can pay by card and other methods, and we never store your card details. Tax and invoicing are handled for you.
